No doubt that they probably made a deal. No doubt that there was nothing written on paper (i.e. no contract). No doubt that Clonie just got scammed for $40 million+. That’s a shame. Maybe Joan Rivers has a little bit of merit in saying that all poker players are “trash”?

It’s hard to imagine Durrrr not going broke eventually. It’s not that he’s not a great player. He is. It’s not that he doesn’t have a lot of money. He does…I’m sure of that. BUT, I don’t think that poker is about finding out who is the best player. It’s all about winning money, not gambling. Offering 3-1 odds against any pro playing headsup 50k hands against him is not a good bet.

So, the Junkies Poker Open 6 is on Thursday May 21st at the Borgata. The buy-in is $260 + $40. I’m thinking about heading up there for it. Last time I went, I just remember that most of the players were pretty soft. Definitely +EV if you know anything about poker odds. I think I got down to like 40th place or something like that…out of the money of course. A tournament is still a tournament and you still have to be a little lucky, or NOT unlucky. We’ll see.

Looks like an ascending triangle pattern off of a double bottom. Definitely bullish. I suspect that a top is near though.

The thing looks pretty cool. I’m about to bring it to the golf course to see how well it works. It should give me twice the battery life of the normal battery. It’s also going to serve as a case to protect my iPhone. Pretty money.
